All of our pitches are hard standing and fully serviced
- £325per calendar month (Season runs Feb- Mid Dec you only pay for these months but your caravan stays on the pitch all year)
- Monthly Payments - Spread the costs over the season
- Honesty Bar/Lounge - On site bar
- Fishing - Free for all seasonal Pitches
- Metered Electric - Only pay for the electric you use
- Winter storage included - When we are closed you can store your vehicle here for FREE
- Secure AMPR - Secure CCTV and numberplate recognition to access the park
- Washing Facilities - Communal washer and dryer available
- Gated dog field - Split into two parts where you can let them off the lead
We take 2 months payment £650 up front for your first and last month. We then take seasonal payments on 28th of each month apart from winter closed period payment amounts will differ

Unfortunately the postcode takes you further down Lancaster Road than you need to be. We are in-between Skitham Lane and Crook Gate Lane.
